West’s Resort is Egmont’s most beautiful campground with spacious grassy campsites and fabulous views of the ever changing ocean, snow capped mountains, nearby islands and colorful sunsets. With a Western exposure, this is the only campground in Egmont with spectacular sunsets.
Seven spacious waterfront sites offer access for up to 40 foot motorhomes and rocky, log and driftwood laden beaches awaiting the beachcomber. Eight more campsites are steps away from the waterfront. All have easy access to a gravel beach in a small, protected bay where the incoming tidal water warms as it covers the sun baked rocks.
Wildlife abounds in the area and you will see many species of birds including eagles, seals, fish, possibly a whale or porpoises. Deer, elk, coyotes, cougar and bears inhabit the Egmont area. Always be on the lookout – a big buck deer might startle you right in your campsite!
West’s Resort is a quiet, rustic, very clean, adult oriented resort. We welcome you to join us for a night or the entire summer. Bring your LoungAir and stories and meet us under the apple tree at 4 pm for happy hour.

Having been to this wonderful special campsite for many years I will assure you it is what Heather says is true with even more. We especially like the quietness and the walks down the huge maple treed entry road. A walk to the rapids is another great experience not to be missed with a swim in a lovely fresh water lake to end the perfect walk. Our memories of fishing ,clams, oysters , c0d rockfish,blackberries and good times will last us a life time. Thank You Harvey
